The brining ponds were <br /> constructed between 1963 and 1975 and were abandoned and filled in 1994. <br /> IV. SURROUNDING USAGE <br /> Two neighbors who have knowledge of three locations adjacent to the subject property <br /> were interviewed regarding the condition of their septic systems and water wells. Carpenter Road. <br /> F LOCATION: Adjacent to the north boundary of the subject property. <br /> AGE OF BUILDING: Unknown. <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Unknown location, no problems with sewage system. <br /> F EXISTING WELL: Yes, but not in use. Bottled water is used for drinking. <br /> OWNER: Jim Bufton (Owner), Delta Equipment. <br /> 1 . <br /> ADDRESS. 4901 E Mariposa Road. <br /> LOCATION: Adjacent to the west boundary of the subject property. <br /> AGE OF BUILDING: 12 years. <br /> j SEPTIC SYSTEM: Tank-leach field, 2 lines, 80 feet long. No problems with system. <br /> EXISTING WELL: Yes, well is located to the west side of property. No problems but <br /> water doesn't taste quite as good as at home. Depth to ground <br /> water is about 80 feet. <br /> OWNER: Jim Bufton (Resident), Audery Bufton (Owner), interview with <br /> Jim Bufton. Sister also resides on site. Three residences on parcel. <br /> ADDRESS: 5020, 5026, 5056 E. Mariposa Road. <br /> LOCATION: Adjacent to the southeast boundary of the subject property. <br /> AGE OF BUILDING: 35 years, owned property since 1921. Mobile home added. <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, Property has four (4) septic systems, they are a tank-leach- <br /> drywell system. Systems were redone 4 years and 20 years ago. A <br /> third was built 15 years ago and another 10 to 12 years ago. No <br /> Fproblems with systems. <br /> EXISTING WELL: Yes,No problems with well.
