Anderson & Associates (NOA) has been retained by Terry Hull of Stockton to prepare a <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the property identified as 1018,1020 Carroll Avenue <br /> and 1019 Dawes Avenue., Stockton, California. <br /> This report has been prepared to meet the requirements of the San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> A 59-905.12, as follows: <br /> A surface and subsurface contamination report shall be required at the time of the tentative map <br /> submittal. The surface and subsurface contamination report shall be prepared by a qualfied <br /> F, envir onmentalprofessional and shall idenfifij anypotential source of surface orsubsurface contamination <br /> caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of nonpoint source of ha.Zardous <br /> materials,including agricultural chemical residues,as well aspotentialpoint sources,such asfuel storage <br /> F1 tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify, to the extent feasible <br /> and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations Intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> any potential contamination sources identified. This report contains information and data provided to <br /> NOA by several sources.
