November 30, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06146A <br /> This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Terry Hull and the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department (EHD) for the processing of a tentative map at San Joaquin County. This report <br /> is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and does not meet ASTM E1527-00 or <br /> ASTM E1527-05. NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use of this report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> ! 1.1 Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located 400 feet north of Main Street, between Carroll and Dawes Avenue, <br /> Stockton, California. The property consists of a rectangular,0.39-acre parcel(APN 159-083-10). Two <br /> addresses are associated with the subject property parcel: 1018 S. Carroll Avenue and 1019 S. Dawes <br /> Fil Avenue. One single-family residence is under construction at the western end of the property. A <br /> 3 bungalow is located near the center of the property. The eastern portion of the property has a storage <br /> structure. <br /> kAccording to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> F property is zoned R-L(Low Density Residential)."This zone is intended to provide for neighborhoods <br /> consisting of detached, single family residences located within or immediately adjacent to population <br /> centers which have public services." <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
