Main Street.There was a note in <br /> the system that said files were transferred to the Office of Emergency Services. See Section 3.1.3 for <br /> more information. <br /> 3.1.3 San,Joaquin County Office ofEmetgency Services <br /> County Office of Emergency Services OES web site'was searched on November <br /> The San Joaquin C ty g y ( ) <br /> 17,2006 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject <br /> property. No records were found for the subject property. <br /> F1 <br /> According to Michelle Halliwell of the OES no incident reports were found for 4515 E. Main Street. <br /> A hazardous materials inventory list for 4515 E. Main Street shows waste oil and batteries are stored <br /> at that site. <br /> According to Michelle,the following incident reports are on file at that agency for the subject property <br /> E J or properties within one-quarter miles: <br /> 7/4/03 705 S. Carroll Ave. Abandoned lab materials <br /> 5/7/04 E. Main St. @ Sinclair Several5-galloncontainers of cooking oil <br /> 10/3/06 637 S.Wagner Abandoned drum with possible waste oil <br /> Due to the nature of the incidents and cleanup procedures followed, the environmental impact to the <br /> R subject property from these instances is expected to be minimal. <br /> The incident reports discussed have been included as Appendix F of this report. <br /> F! 3J4 San Joaquin County 4: cultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's office' was not contacted regarding use of <br /> agricultural chemicals on the subject property.
