Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary.entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (0.33 spaces are required for every seat; 1 space per <br /> 1000 square foot of building for the school and an additional 0.20 per student) (Development <br /> Title Seotian 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) One bicycler parking rack or storage device is required for every 20 parking'spaces. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1020.5) <br /> 4 <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development <br /> Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent (5%) of landscaping <br /> within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. <br /> Sixty-four (64) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. A minimum <br /> of 3 trees s�`all be planted in Phase I; a minimum of 61 trees shall be planted in Phase 11. <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage, aterials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening <br /> shall be:six�(6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, <br /> street side yards, or in front of main buildings.
