The plan should account for staging areas utilized as drop-off/pick-up zones.close to the <br /> school's internal pedestrian walkways. Conflict points between pedestrians and vehicles should be <br /> avoided. Parking aisles may be utilized as queuing zones during peak hour times to prevent <br /> overflow of traffic onto the public roadways. A separate parking area for school faculty should be <br /> established away from the main (general public) parking areas. Establish internal"No <br /> Stopping/Parking" areas as necessary to preserve a clear staging area (drop-off/pick-up). <br /> h. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. The Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon:submittal of verification. <br /> i. The applicant_shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan permit from the State Water <br /> Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. <br /> j. Prior to issuance of the Phase 2 building permit, a traffic signal shall be installed at the intersection of <br /> State Route 120/Carrolton Road.
