PA-0700293 OF ST. PATRICK'S CHURCH <br /> (4'h DISTRICT). <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors conduct a public hearing to: <br /> 1. Deny the appeal and uphold the Planning Commissions approval of Use Permit No. PA- <br /> 0700293. <br /> e <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> This is an appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of a Use Permit application for a new <br /> church with a maximum seating capacity of.700 people and a proposed K-S school for up to 200 # <br /> students. The church will be constructed in two phases over a fifteen-year period (Use Type: n . <br /> Religious Assembly- Regional). The parcel has a General Plan designation of AIG (General i <br /> Agriculture) and is zoned AG-40 (General Agricultural, with a 40-acre minimum). The parcel is t <br /> located on the west side of Carrolton Road, 1,200 feet north of State Route 120, west of Escalon. <br /> The church currently operates a 350 member.religious facility and maintains a cemetery on the <br /> parcels immediately to the south of the proposed project site (APN's 205-070-22, 24, 25, 26). 4 <br /> Upon completion of the Phase II church, the existing church membership will relocate to the <br /> 20,000 square foot facility; the existing church building on APN 205-070-26 will remain and be <br /> used as a chapel for the cemetery. <br /> r <br /> I� <br /> 4 <br />
