li I{ (2) A minimum of 321 spaces shall be provided, including eight(8)'accessible spaces, one of which shall be van accessible. A minimum of 17 parking spaces shall be provided for Phase j 1, including 1 van accessible space. A minimum of 294 additional parking spaces shall be providedfor Phase 11 upon completion of the 20,000 square foot church, 7 of which shall be handicapped accessible; a minimum of 90 parking spaces shall be provided for Phase II upon i completion of the K-8 school. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary ontrance(C.C.R., Title 24). (0.33 spaces are required for every seat; 1 space per 1000 square foot of building for the school and an additional 0.20 per student) (Development i Title Section 9-1015,3) (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every"20 parking spaces.
