A minimum of 294 additional parking spaces shall be <br /> providedfor Phase 11 upon completion of the 20,000 square foot church, 7 of which shall be <br /> handicapped accessible; a minimum of 90 parking spaces shall be provided for Phase II upon i <br /> completion of the K-8 school. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary ontrance(C.C.R., Title 24). (0.33 spaces are required for every seat; 1 space per <br /> 1000 square foot of building for the school and an additional 0.20 per student) (Development i <br /> Title Section 9-1015,3) <br /> (3) One bicycle parking rack or storage device is required for every"20 parking spaces. The total <br /> number of bicycle racks required is sixteen (16). (Development Title Section 9-1015.7) p <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five <br /> (25) feet for Uo-way aisles and sixteen (16)feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall <br /> driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty(20)feet wide. <br /> i (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h][1]) <br /> u <br /> g. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1020.7).Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic <br /> and ke}'t mowed and dust free. <br /> (2) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Carrolton Road, shall be"installed across the frontage of the project site. (Development Title l <br /> Section 5-1020.5) <br /> (3) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.5 of the Development <br /> Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five percent(56/o) of-landscaping <br /> within the perimeter of the parking area, not including landscaping along the street frontage. t <br /> Sixty-foul (64) trees shall be planted, evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. A minimum <br /> of 3 trees shall be planted in Phase 1; a minimum of 61 trees shall be planted in Phase II. <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following.- <br /> (1) <br /> ollowing:(1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way_ Screening s <br /> shall be'six (6) to seven (7) feet in height.
