BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-AG OR GARAGE <br /> BUILDING PERMIT" . The Site Plan required as a part of <br /> the building permit must show drainage, driveway access <br /> details including gates, on-site parking, landscaping, <br /> signs, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading (refer to the "SITE PLAN CHECK LIST" for <br /> details) . A fee is required for the Site Plan review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> b. APPROVED USE : This approval is for a commercial stable <br /> to board, breed and train up to 64 horses, as shown onthe <br /> Plan dated March 26, 1998 up to three (3) special events <br /> may be held annually. <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE : The applicant shall secure an approved <br /> Business License prior to the initiation of the use . The <br /> Business License may be applied for concurrently with the <br /> Improvement Plan application. (Section 7-1000 of the <br /> County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations <br /> apply and shall be provided: <br /> (1) All animal enclosures, including but not limited to <br /> pens, cages, and feed areas, shall be maintained <br /> free from litter, garbage, and excessive <br /> accumulation of manure to discourage the <br /> proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and <br /> offensive odors . The premises shall be maintained in <br /> a neat and sanitary manner.
