7. STRUCTURES AND CORRALS - We have studied the site plan and we are <br /> concerned with the location of these, again if.Ms. Powers is allowed to have a maximum <br /> of 64 horses. This amount of acreage is too small for a project of this size. <br /> 8. PERMITS We would expect that all permits, insurance and regulations would be up <br /> to date at all times. As this stable has been run without proper permits for such a long <br /> time and has had several complaints we do not feel it could be run according to code. <br /> 9. PEST PROBLEM: We would also be concerned with the safety of horses and any <br /> people that would be connected with this facility because of the persistent rodent problem, <br /> that has not been eradicated at this location. ' <br /> We request that this application be turned down.
