We have the capability to irrigate <br /> 365 days per year. We have planted both pasture grass and lawn, and will add lawn and <br /> pasture grass as we continue to Iandscape and develop our property. <br /> Our riding arenas are serviced by the above mentioned irrigation system, and are <br /> completely watered 11a this system. Therefore,the riding arenas should produce virtually <br /> no dust and certainly11 <br /> will not be producing any dust that is unreasonable for an <br /> agricultural operation. <br /> We always have, and will continue to, water our riding areas so as to provide a relatively <br /> dust free atmosphere for the horses and riders. Any rider, be it a family member or a <br /> client, is not going to want to ride if the arena conditions are too dusty. Many of our <br /> r family members and clients have allergies and asthma and do not have any respiratory <br /> problems that are caused by activities on our property.
