In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The <br /> official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works. <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the <br /> reevaluation process is completed. <br /> El Greco Drive and Chantel Lane have existing right-of-way widths of 50 feet and planned <br /> right-of-way widths of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br />
