The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> DV-96-21 None <br /> MS-96-14 1. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 3. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway <br /> shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb and <br /> F-lc and the Waterloo-Morada Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.5 and 9-1150.15) <br /> 4. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> Additional Water Service shall be constructed prior to recording of the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 5. Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) <br /> 6. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin <br /> Area Flood Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood <br /> Protection Restoration Project).
