CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> I <br /> UP-9-4 <br /> Christian Life Center <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall �be <br /> complied with prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> I . Plannnq Division: <br /> a. The maximum number of residents , including employees <br /> living on-site , shall be 72 . <br /> it <br /> a <br /> b. Parking lot requirements : <br /> ( 1 ) SPACES : Nineteen parking spaces are required. <br /> ( 2 ) SURFACING : All parking spaces, driveways , and <br /> maneuvering areas must be paved and permanently maiii- <br /> tained with asphalt or cement . Bumper guards must be <br /> 1 provided where necessary to protect adjacent struc'-iI <br /> tures or properties. <br /> ( 3) STRIPING : All parking stalls and directional arrdws <br /> must be delineated with paint . <br /> �I <br /> ( 4) LIGHTING : All off-street parking areas within commer- <br /> cially zoned projects, and projects where the parking <br /> area is used at night , must be provided with exterior <br /> lighting which meets the following minimum standatds : <br /> • i <br /> The equivalent of one foot candle of illumination ] <br /> must be provided throughout the parking area. <br /> ° All lighting must be on a time clock or photo--sensor <br /> system. <br /> ° Parking lot luminaires must be high-pressure sodium <br /> vapor with 90-degree cut-off and flat lenses . I! <br /> ° All lighting shall be designed to confine direct, <br /> rays to the premises .
