1 <br /> (3) One parking space shall be provided for each of the 10 approved used <br /> automobiles. Details shall be included on the Site Plan. <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][41) <br /> g. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> h. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A solid masonry wall six to seven feet in height shall be erected along the north <br /> and west property lines of the project site. The wall shall respect 20-foot front <br /> and street side yard setback requirements. (Development Title Section <br /> 1022.4[d][1]) <br /> (2) No outdoor storage is permitted. <br /> i. NOISE LEVELS: The following noise regulations apply to this project: <br /> (1) Noise levels at the property line shall be no greater than 65 db Ldn. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1025.9[a][1] or 505.6[c]) <br /> (2) This project shall comply with the performance standards specified in Table 9- <br /> 1025.9 of the Development Title. <br /> j. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements(C.C.R.,Title <br /> 24). Review interior clearance requirements (i.e., clear 60-inch diameter space). <br /> (2) Provide two legal exit doors from the shop, one half the building diagonal apart. <br /> 2.
