The frontage improvements for Cherokee Road shall be constructed in conformance <br /> with the standards for one-half of an 84-foot right-of-way Minor Arterial Street. The <br /> frontage improvements for Mc Comb Avenue shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way Local Residential Street with vertical <br /> curbs. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution <br /> by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit <br /> equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement <br /> Plan. A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the required <br /> frontage improvements. The estimate and legal description shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. As an option, the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and <br /> estimate for an additional fee of$115.00. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 4. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $151.96 <br /> per daily trip-end generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record.) A credit may be allowed if it can be verified the <br /> existing structure has been in use since April 23, 1990. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-174 and R=95-650) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The <br /> fee currently is $288.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building as Service Commercial. <br /> The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year <br /> 2005 at the rate of 7.66 percent.
