rF3. At each occurrence of grease tank pumping, all effluent filters (last grease tank, Restaurantnventional tank,ARCO Station tank and BioTube pump filters) should be inspected andeaned if necessary.
. Periodic samples shall be taken from the two polishing tanks for analysis of nitrate-nitrogen
(NO3 N), ammonium-nitrogen (NH4-N), TKN, BODS, TSS, pH and O+G. Initial sampling and
testing after complete start-up should be monthly for the first year of operation. After the first
year, sampling and testing should be quarterly.
LIMITATIONS
The findings, engineering, opinions and conclusions of these Reports are based upon information
from standard engineering and analytical test procedures, contemporary scientific literature and
agency consultations. They are based upon current scientific knowledge to assess factors which
are extremely variable and complex within the environment. Information contained within is
deemed reliable by the sources from where it was obtained. Results of the percolation testing
represent the subsurface soil conditions in the northwest corner of the subject property. The
specific design components for the treatment and disposal of wastewater effluent from the final
build-out project are subject to change at any time. This may include additional effluent treatment
by aeration within the second polishing tank, or a Package Treatment Plant.
Although there are several methods to size and predict environmental impact from a septic
system, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department Sewage Standards and applicable
requirements have been employed for these purposes, and for this project. Therefore, no
guarantee or warranty concerning any aspect of the data and information found in the Reports is
expressed or implied.
This concludes the Phase III Nitrate Loading/Soil Suitability Studies, also consisting of the Phase I
and H Reports that support the findings and design of the project. Should there be any questions
regarding the information contained within these Reports, please contact the undersigned.
NLS§5.1,SSS§ 7.1.
Respectfully submitted, aysotessioo
v p.
