Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> I. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: <br /> a. No residential construction rshall occur within 136 feet of the eastern property line <br /> adjacent to Chrisman Road on Lots 16, 17, 18, and 19; or <br /> A noise attenuation wall shall be constructed along the eastern property lines of Lots 16, <br /> 17, 18, and 19, and it shall be designed so that the noise level will not exceed 65 db Ldn <br /> at the property line. All walls shall be completed or suitable bonds posted prior to final <br /> approval (Section 9-3800(b)). <br /> b. The projected 65'db CNEL contour line shall be delineated on the Final Map. <br /> 2. COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as prescribed in Section 9-9261 of the Planning <br /> Title, the developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as defined in Section 9-9264. <br /> Arrangements for the payment of said fees shall be approved by County Counsel prior to final <br /> map recordation. <br /> 3. COUNTY COUNSEL:. <br /> Pursuant to Section 66474:9 of the Subdivision Map Act, the subdivider shall defend, indemnify, <br /> and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any claim, action, <br /> or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, <br /> void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision. <br /> 4. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for Lots 16, 17, 18, and 19, except the <br /> northerly 25 feet of Lot 17, along the frontage of Chrisman Road. <br />
