PUBLIC.HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and regulations of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal <br /> area as determined by the percolation test are required for Environmental Health Division <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation test is required from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under.a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation test must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement <br /> plans. <br /> d. The six new parcels will require a percolation test under permit prior to recordation of the <br /> final map. <br /> e. A septic system must be installed on each lot within the sewage disposal area upon <br /> construction of the residence. This septic system must meet San Joaquin County <br /> standards for individual disposal systems which include a septic tank and a double leach <br /> field system provided with an alternating distribution box. <br /> f. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. No building permits <br /> can be issued until the production wells are in place, accepted by San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works, and permitted by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> 6. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted by the applicant, and it shall be approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to any excavation or filling <br /> of earth material. <br /> b. The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C.,Appendix, Chapter 70, <br /> Section 7006(l). <br /> C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent <br />
