The owner shall cause to be recorded against the property a restrictive covenant approved by <br /> Teichert. The restrictive covenant shall protect the continued use and operation of the commercial <br /> sand and gravel business including the existing aggregate processing plant and quarries and the <br /> associated noise, dust, odors, lights, and traffic including truck, rail, and heavy equipment.
