The Environmental Health Department and the Public Works Department shall make a determination if the existing CSA water sources are satisfactory for the proposed protect. Water quality tested to meet Title 22, CCR(Safe Drinking Water Act) requirements. B. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. C. Results approved by Environmental Health and Public Works prior to final approval of improvement plans. (3) A letter from the water supplier will be required which states that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the Final Map. Refuse,garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. I. Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all demolition material from the premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. 6.
