November 15, 2002
NAV 4 ZNZ
San Joaquin Community Development Department
1810 East Hazelton -Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Dear Sir/Madam:
F
This letter is regarding the proposed General Plan Amendment
No. PA-02=371 and Zone Reclassification No. PA-02-372 for
Sergio Zilli.
We are the' existing property owners who would be directly
impacted by this new housing development. Our home where
our familyhas lived for 20 ears is located on Chrisman Road.
Y
We do have some very great concerns regarding this
reclassification and subsequent development. The new
subdivision will surround our home on three sides.
We are requesting that a specificF condition of approval for the
General Plan Amendment and rezoning address the interface
between our property and the new subdivision. We are
concerned that the developer may build large, two story homes
that may , loom over our house and destroy our views and our
existing quality of life.
Does the developer plan to build homes up to our property
line? Will the developer construct an unlandscaped masonry
wall along our property line? If this project is built, the
developer must be required to mitigate impacts to our
property by setting back the nearest homes by an acceptable
distance and installing effective landscaping in a buffer area
between the new subdivision project and our home.
We would like the County staff and Planning Commission to
address our concerns NOW, not later in the subdivision . map
r
F
