The project shall be served by a public.sewer collection aid.treatmentsystem constructed-in conformance with.the regiilremerits of.Environmental'Health and Public Works.•(Development Title Section 9-1105:2) e. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board,Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code,Article 5,Section 13280) f. A public water system shall be constructed to.the requirernents`of Environmental Health and.Public Works. The water system shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. The Environmental • Health Department and the Public Works Department shall make a determination 0 the existing CSA water sources are satisfactory for the proposed project. A review fee of$465.00 is required at the time of submittal of the report. NOTE: If the report is not satisfactory,the foflowing conditions shalt apply: (2) A test well will be required to meet the following: A. Water quality tested to meet Title 22,CCR(Safe Drinking Water Act)requirements. B. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. C. Results approved by Environmental Health and Public Warks prior to final approval of improvement plans. (3) A letter from the water supplier will be required which states that they have the capacity to serve ? the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) I h. Refuse,garbage,and other solid waste material must be stored, removed,and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code,Section 5-2400. i. Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all demolition material from the premisess to an approved tandf ll site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. 6.
