The Environmental <br /> • Health Department and the Public Works Department shall make a determination 0 the existing <br /> CSA water sources are satisfactory for the proposed project. A review fee of$465.00 is required <br /> at the time of submittal of the report. <br /> NOTE: If the report is not satisfactory,the foflowing conditions shalt apply: <br /> (2) A test well will be required to meet the following: <br /> A. Water quality tested to meet Title 22,CCR(Safe Drinking Water Act)requirements. <br /> B. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> C. Results approved by Environmental Health and Public Warks prior to final approval of <br /> improvement plans. <br /> (3) A letter from the water supplier will be required which states that they have the capacity to serve ? <br /> the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the Final Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> I <br /> h. Refuse,garbage,and other solid waste material must be stored, removed,and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code,Section 5-2400. <br /> i. Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all demolition material from the premisess to an <br /> approved tandf ll site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2401. <br /> 6.
