A rezoning of the property from GA-40/S-C and GA-160/S-C <br /> (General Agriculture/Scenic Corridor) to PD/S-C (Planned <br /> District/Scenic Corridor) and approval of the Site Plan for <br /> Development . <br /> 3 . A 41-lot "clustered" residential subdivision ( 46 lots <br /> overall) . <br /> PROPOSAL FOR AMENDMENT <br /> This proposed General Plan Amendment would amend the Policies <br /> for Development portion of the Land Use/Circulation Element of <br /> the County General Plan. The proposal would amend and add <br /> policies to allow residential development integrated into com- <br /> mercial recreation developments as shown on Exhibit #1 . <br />
