(See Department of <br /> Fish and Game, Conditions of Approval . ) <br /> GENERAL PLAN FINDINGS <br /> A. The internal consistency of the General Plan 'is maintained <br /> in the adoption of the amendment : <br /> As indicated in the staff report, the proposal is con- <br /> sistent with the applicable policies of the General Plan. <br /> Therefore, the internal consistency would' be maintained:. <br /> PLANNED DISTRICT FINDINGS <br /> A. The proposed planned district is consistent with .the General <br /> r Plan: <br /> A General Plan Text Amendment is being concurrently .pro- <br /> cessed to permit Planned District residential development <br /> within recreational areas.
