A permit for the percolation tests is required from <br /> the Environmental Health Division(Ordinance Code Sections 5-3001,5-3oo3,and 5-3013). <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- <br /> 3003). <br /> C. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the.;'me of development(San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> 5. STATE DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME: <br /> a. All heritage oast trees shall be protected. No soil disturbance or compaction shall be <br /> allowed within 30 feet of the dripline of each tree. <br /> b. A 50-foot natural setback buffer shall be established on each side of Little Bear Creek <br /> within the subdivision. This buffer shall not apply to any bridge required for access to a <br /> site. <br /> i <br /> C. A 100-foot natural setback buffer shall be established around the pond located between <br /> Lots 2 and 5. <br /> d. The vernal pools in Lots 7, 8, 13, and 16 and a 50-foot buffer around them shaft be <br /> protected and designated as 'open space., <br /> Conditions of Approval -3 - (SU-92-8) <br />
