Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance Code Section 5- 3003). C. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the.;'me of development(San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). 5. STATE DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME: a. All heritage oast trees shall be protected. No soil disturbance or compaction shall be allowed within 30 feet of the dripline of each tree. b.
