Item No. 3
x: PC: 7-16-92
E S!1-92-8
Page 4
ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS:
{ An Initial Study was prepared for this project on April 8, 1992, and potentially significant impacts to
riparian habitat, heritage oaks, and wetlands were identified. The Department of Fish and Game surveyed
the site and recommended measures that would mitigate the impacts to less than significant levels.
Those measures are included in a mitigation monitoring program and provide for'nonbuildable' buffers
around the sensitive areas. The Department of Fish and Game has determined that this project will have
an impact (although not significant)to fish and/or wildlife habitat. Assessment of fees is necessary under
Public Resources Code Section 21089 and as defined by Fish and Game Code Section 711.4. Fees are
payable by the project applicant upon filing of the Notice of Determination. A proposed Negative
Declaration was circulated to State agencies through the State Clearinghouse (SCH No. 92042114), and
no additional responses were received.
f
i
L
5 '
