Box 15002 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95851 <br /> Subject: SEPTIC SYSTEM SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> SUBDIVISION ON NORTH CLEMENTS ROAD �r <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA .5 fA <br /> k Dear Mr. Sandman: <br /> Presented in this report are the results of our septic system <br /> suitability study performed for the subdivision located at 19977 <br /> through 20243 North Clements Road in San Joaquin County, <br /> California. The approximate 160-acre subdivision will contain <br /> sixteen approximate 10-acre lots. Lots 2 and 11 contain <br /> residences, and it is not known to our firm whether they will <br /> remain or not. The residences on Lots 2 and 11 contain private <br /> wells, and an agricultural well is located in the approximate <br /> center of the site. We have assumed that construction on the <br /> individual lots will be limited to one single-family residence with <br /> I one septic system per lot. A plot plan and vicinity map showing <br /> the approximate location of the subdivision site is presented on <br /> ` Plate I of this report. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 9- <br /> 10100 , Item C. Our scope of services was Outlined in our proposal <br /> dated December 3 , 1991. Our services were initiated based on your <br /> written authorization of December 30, 1991. The items listed under <br /> Item C of the above ordinance are listed below, along with our <br /> responses. <br /> ITEMS C-1 AND C-4 • <br /> "The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed <br /> development on septic tanks within and around the area; " (C-1) . <br /> "The history of past uses in the project area to assess potential <br /> problems; " (C-4) : <br /> Reference is made to Plate I of this report which shows the <br /> location of the subdivision site.
