COLLIER ROAD) <br /> ACAMPO, CALIFORNIA <br /> EDear Mr. Vorhees: <br /> T Kleinfelder is leased to resent the results of our <br /> p p soli suitability study for the subject parcels. <br /> The existing Assessor's Parcel Numbers of the parcels are 021-030-53 and 021-030-52. A <br /> parcel map is presented on Plate 1. The parcel numbers and addresses for these properties are <br /> new. They were previously part of address 14345 E. Collier Road. The purpose of our study <br /> was to determine the suitability of the proposed properties for septic tank usage. The studies <br /> were performed in general accordance with the requirements of Section 9-10100© of San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance. The following includes background information regarding the <br /> Rproposed development, past and present use of the site, existing septic tank performance and <br /> permitting, and the groundwater conditions in the project area. In addition, discussions <br /> .regarding our investigative procedures and the site conditions encountered during our held <br /> exploration and the results of percolation tests are presented. Finally, our project limitations <br /> h are provided. <br /> I <br /> 1. SITE DESCRIPTION/PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> At the time of our investigation, each of the approximate 5-acre subject parcels was composed 1 <br /> of unused land. The parcels are zoned AL-5 (Limited Agriculture). The two parcels were II <br /> bound on all sides by agricultural land with scattered single-family residences. We understand 1 <br /> that a single-family residence will be constructed in each of the subject parcels. At the time of <br /> our investigation, a building pad for a single-family residence was being prepared in the <br /> western portion of each parcel, and the extension of Watkinson Road that will provide axis to <br /> the site was being rough graded. A map showing the parcels with the proposed locations of <br /> the residences is presented on Plate 1.
