Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> i <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the effective date of the <br /> approval unless (1) all conditions -of approval have been complied I <br /> with, (2) all necessary .building permits have been secured, and � <br /> remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies <br /> have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> i <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> } <br /> a. This approval is for the creation of one fish pond as <br /> described on site plans submitted December 17 , 1992 . <br /> This is not an approval for a grading excavation or a <br /> quarry excavation. <br /> b. The applicant shall. submit a copy of the approved <br /> Aquaculture License from, the Department of Fish;&Game to I <br /> the Development Services Division -prior to the start of - <br /> any <br /> f -any on-site grading. <br /> c. The applicant shall submit a copy of the approved permit, <br /> or letter waiving the requirement, from the Water Quality <br /> Control Board prior to the. start of any on-site grading. <br /> d. The applicant shall submit a copy of an approved <br /> application, or letter waiving the requirement, from the <br /> Division of Water Rights, State Water Resources Control <br /> Board, to appropriate water to storage. <br /> e. All on-site driving and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> surfaced with a minimum of six (5) inches of compacted <br /> gravel. <br /> f. A written notification of the work schedule, including <br /> hours and days of operation, shall be provided prior to <br /> the start of any on-site grading. <br /> g. This approval does not include any on-site slaughtering, . <br /> cleaning, or other processing activities. <br /> h. The site shall not be open to the public for either l <br /> i <br />
