This application shall not be construed to include any <br /> future lakes.. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses shall be conducted to <br /> determine the impacts of discharging into Coyote Creek. <br /> All property, both downstream and upstream of this <br /> discharge shall not be subject to a. higher flood. level as <br /> a result of the proposed drainage. The construction of <br /> the emergency relief weir to Coyote Creek shall be <br /> approved by the San Joaquin County Flood Control <br /> I District, including all applicable permits. (Development <br /> Title Section 9--1605. 5) <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> the future house. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2 ,235. 00 per . single family dwelling unit in- the <br /> Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted <br /> July 1 of each year by the Engineering construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br />
