The applicant shall submit a copy of an approved <br /> application, or letter waiving the requirement, from the <br /> Division of Water Rights, State Water Resources Control <br /> Board, to appropriate water to storage. <br /> e. All on-site driving and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced <br /> with a minimum of six (6) inches of compacted gravel. <br /> i <br /> f. A written notification of the work schedule, including hours <br /> and days of operation, shall be provided prior to the start <br /> of any on-site grading. <br /> g. This approval does not include any on-site. slaughtering, <br /> cleaning, or other processing activities. <br /> h. The site shall not be open to the public for either retail <br /> sales or commercial fishing activities. <br /> i. There shall be no advertising signs erected as part of this <br /> approval. <br /> j . No night lighting shall be permitted on-site, other than <br /> that required for security purposes. All security lighting <br /> shall be designed to confine direct rays to the site and <br /> away from adjacent properties. <br /> k. The toe of the slope of all the ponds shall be maintained a <br /> distance of 10 feet from the nearest property line. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1045.5) <br /> 1. Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage and grading. Storm drainage run- <br /> off- shall be retained on-site, or provide copy of permit to <br /> discharge water into Coyote Creek. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. A plan check fee will be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> M. No excavated material is to leave site. Show location of <br /> stockpiled material, with description of slopes and method <br /> of erosion control. <br /> n.
