Duke APN: 021-090-03 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Collier Road has an existing 'right-of-way width of 60 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. M <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses shall be conducted to <br /> determine- the impacts of discharging into Coyote Creek. <br /> All property, both downstream and upstream of this discharge <br /> shall not be subject to a higher flood level as a result of the <br /> proposed drainage. The construction of the emergency relief <br /> weir to Coyote Creek shall be approved by the San Joaquin <br /> County Flood Control District, including all applicable <br /> permits. (Development Title Section 9-1605. 5) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for the <br /> future house.
