(A $250. 00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Development <br /> Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant <br /> Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels, 1, 2 , 3 , and 4 and <br /> an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions shall <br /> be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical <br /> section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public <br /> Works Department and submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department for approval. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207 , San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, & F-lc and the <br /> Forest Lake Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. (Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> must be performed prior to approval of the Parcel Map <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to approval of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken <br /> and run by a State-approved lab. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4100) as follows: The well <br /> discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the <br /> standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge <br /> pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or install San <br /> Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br />
