Phillips APN: 005-040-30, 31, & 32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Collier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Deny the application until public water is available or if the <br /> subdivision is approved, the application should be subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1 . A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915 . 2) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $3 , 002 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Lodi area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 3 .
