The frontage improvements for Collier Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 60-foot right-of-way rural collector road. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution <br /> by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel <br /> Map. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Development Title Table 9-240. 2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1, 2 , 3 , & 4 and an <br /> estimate. Individual wells will be allowed until a public water system is <br /> available. The owner shall execute an agreement with Public <br /> Works Department to share in the cost of developing a public <br /> water system. The deposit shall be <br /> held in an interest bearing trust fund and used to plan, <br /> design, & construct the public water system. The owner of each <br /> lot shall be responsible for any cost above the deposit amount <br /> and shall receive a refund if costs are lower.
