The project site is located on the south side of <br /> Collier Road, 1350 feet east of Lower Sacramento Road, in <br /> Collierville. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and offers the following comments. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and <br /> (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s <br /> Division. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> Those conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a.
