Phillips APN: 005-040-30, 31, & 32 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Collier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Deny the application until public water is available or if the <br /> subdivision is approved, the application should be subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915 .2) <br /> 2 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application.
