The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice, or the EPA. design manual for on-site waste water <br /> treatment and disposal systems, is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. j <br /> b. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement <br /> pians. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> C. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department, for <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Division, that shows sewage and well information <br /> as required by the improvement pian (including a 50 percent expansion area). <br /> d. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems on all new parcels, under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division, is required at the time of development. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> e. Construction of individual water wells on all new parcels, under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division, is required at the time of development. Due to the relative small size, less than 50 parcels, the San Joaquin County Department <br /> of Parks and Recreation will require the collection of in-lieu fees for park development as <br /> a requirement for approval of the Final Map. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> 6. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION: (Staff Contact: Lara Delaney, 468-3913) <br /> a. New residential land uses must have an avigation easement recorded in favor of the <br /> airport. <br /> b. Occupied structures must be soundproofed to reduce interior noise to 45 dB, according <br /> to State guidelines. <br /> C.
