White Fence Court shall be dedicated and improved to County <br /> Standards for a 50-foot right-of-way rural residential road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-857 .4) <br /> 4 . Dedication to result in a 30-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Collier Road to the property line shall be required <br /> and improved on the subdivided side to County Standards for a <br /> 60-foot right-of-way rural collector road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-857 .4) <br /> 5 . A community detention pond/terminal drainage system shall be <br /> provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide <br /> adequate drainage for the subdivision. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135 . 2) <br /> 6 . Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses shall demonstrate that all <br /> property, both downstream and upstream of the discharge, will not <br /> be subject to a higher flood level as a result of the proposed <br /> drainage. <br /> 7 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels <br /> are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application.
