THE PROJECT SITE <br /> IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF COLLIER ROAD, ONE-HALF MILE <br /> EAST OF LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD, COLLIERVILLE (DISTRICT 4) . <br /> APPLICANT: Conrad Meade APN: 005-040-10 <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San -Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineates flood risks, floodplains, and floodways <br /> areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being <br /> conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105 , Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone <br /> (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the <br /> Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. <br /> These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Collier Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of Go feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All <br /> improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan <br /> for each individual lot, if applicable . These improvement plans <br /> and specifications are subject to plan check, field inspection <br /> fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department <br /> of Public Works prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910 .2) <br /> 2 .
