The site is adjacent to existing Rural <br /> Residential property on the north and the east. More rural <br /> residential property lies further to the south. Also, the site <br /> is located within a concentration of existing small parcels. Lots 2, 3 and 4 of block <br /> 3 , and lots 10, 11, 12 , and 13 of block 1 do not have the <br /> required 100 foot width at the 30 foot setback (see section 9- <br /> 5005 [a] [5] and [b] ) . Also, lot 8 of block one does not meet the <br /> required 125 foot yard width (section 9-5005[a] [l] ) . If the <br /> i applicant intends to proceed with this project, the following <br /> comments should be addressed on a revised tentative map: <br /> 1 <br /> 1. Number all lots consecutively, circling the greatest number. <br /> Do not use blocks. Indicate on the tentative map that the <br /> project will be completed in one phase.
