A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to recordation of deed or record of survey as required by <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required and a review fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Division. Provide an addendum addressing the added parcels to the existing Nitrate <br /> Loading Study. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test for parcels 21 through 28 and a <br /> sewage disposal area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the <br /> Environmental Health Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained <br /> from the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3, <br /> -1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> G Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D.
