Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the soil suitability study/nitrate loading study (LA-00-52) indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage must be performed prior to recordation of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title. An addendum to the nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$ 174.00 <br /> must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> I <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel with the exception of Parcel #5, which is designated non- <br /> buildable. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> d <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
