INTRODUCTION <br /> Our office was retained by Mark Jory to perform a soil suitability study for the <br /> Evelyn Jory Baglietto property located at 11383 E. Comstock Rd., Stockton, California. Mr. <br /> Jory is proposing to spilt this property into two parcels. The parcel number is APN 089-130- <br /> 30. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the property for septic tank <br /> usage. This study was performed according to the requirements of Section 10100 of San <br /> Joaquin County Development Code and the Public Health Services section of the Conditions <br /> of Approval prepared for the subject property. This report presents the results of our study. <br /> II. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The area where the property is located is currently zoned AG-40. The subject <br /> property consists of a rectangular shaped 64.0 acre parcel (see attached tentative map). The <br /> Baglietto residence is located in the front (southeast) corner of the property. It is proposed <br /> to split off the 3 acres (parcel 1) on which the Baglietto residence is located and leave a <br /> remaining 61.0 acre parcel (parcel 2). The proposed split is being done as a Minor <br /> Subdivision. There are no proposed development or changes to the subject property other <br /> then the parcel split at this time. <br /> 1 <br />
