System has a 1600 gallon septic tank and is located on east side <br /> of house. Two leech lines extend north and south at 70 feet each with <br /> 18 feet deep dry wells. Comstock Rd. <br /> LOCATION: 420 yds northeast. <br /> AGE OF HOUSE: 5 years <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: Yes, the Drullard residence is using the large septic system which was <br /> originally designed and installed for a former school. The old school <br /> existed on the property from the years 1866 to the early 1960's. The <br /> capacity of the septic tank is 1200 gallons and there is an unknown <br /> number of leech lines. The east side uses a <br /> 1500 gallon septic tank located near the NE corner of house with leech <br /> lines running east and west. A 1200 gallon tank services the west side <br /> of house with leach lines running north and south. Exact number and <br /> length of leech lines are unknown. Existence of dry wells are also <br /> unknown. The Kreths have had no problems with the system since <br /> purchase of property. <br /> V. GROUND WATER DEPTH AND TESTING <br /> According to the map of "Lines of Equal Depth to Water in Wells" published fall <br /> 1990 by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, the depth <br /> to groundwater at this location is approximately 120 to 130 feet. <br /> There was no testing of the groundwater required by the Public Health Department <br /> for the subject property. <br /> ERSO 3 � <br />
