I
A R and M E Glover
7675 W. Eleventh Street
Page 2of2
all analytes despite a significant release on the site. EHD believes that testing the
next one or two sand units under the 15-to 25-foot sand on the subject site should
answer the concerns for delineating the vertical extent of contaminants. If no
additional coarse-grained units are encountered above 50 to 60 feet bsg, collect a
ground water sample in the most favorable interval; it would seem highly unlikely
that contaminants would penetrate the fine-grained interval. If field data indicate a
deeper target depth would be justified then good professional judgment exercised
in the field will be accepted.
EHD has also received the drilling permit applications and fees for the proposed
work and will send the copies of the permits to ATC.
If you have any questions or comments you may contact Nuel Henderson at
(209) 468-3436.
Donna Heran, REHS, Director
Environmental Health Division
Nuel C.
