Accurate "as-builts" of the septic system must be.supplied to the Environmental Health
Department. All applicable "distance" and "setback" requirements must be strictly followed.
It is imperative to recognize that all septic systems and disposal areas have a lifespan. This
lifespan is unpredictable due to the numerous operational and.environmental factors involved. A
critical lifespan issue is controlling_and restricting the on-site.water use as much as possible.
VI. LIMITATIONS:
The findings, opinions and conclusions of this report are based upon information from' standards .
engineering and analytical..tesi procedures, contemporary scientific literature and agency
consultations. Inforination in this report is deemed reliable by the sources from where it was
obtained. Results of the percolation, testing should be assumed to only represent the subsurface
conditions encountered in the-specific.area of testing and not of the entire proposed primary and.
secondary disposal areas to serve the new Tracy Islamic Center.
This report is based upon current scientific knowledge to assess factors which are extremely
variable and complex within the environment. Although there are a number of methods to predict
environmental impact from a septic system, San Joaquin County EnviroDmental Health
Department Sewage Standards and requirements have been employed for these purposes, and for
this project.' Therefore, no guarantee.or warranty concerning any aspect of this investigation, is
expressed or-implied.
The opportunity to provide this service for you is appreciated. If there should be any questions
regarding.the information contained within this report, please contact the undersigned.
NLS§5.1,SSS§7.1, v ill; ,,
Respectfully submitted, C N
CHESNEY CONSULTING' No.04675 x
Expirms:G 2 :tQ
ap
Don Chesney, R.E.A.- I
Registered Environmental Assessor#4675
. 18
Chesney Consulting
