The site is located at 7675 West .Eleventh Street <br /> in Tracy, California{Figure 1). This report-summarizes the details of field'procedures used during <br /> this investigation, analytical results, and conclusions and recommendations. This report was <br /> prepared for submittal to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health <br /> Department(PHSLEHD) on behalf of Dr. A.R. Glover. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> Site Location <br /> Lr The project site is located at 7675 West Eleventh Street, between MacArthur Drive and Chrisman <br /> Road, in Tracy, California. The site location is shown on Figure 1. The vicinity of the site is <br /> primarily a commercial and industrial area. The property is owned by Dr. A.R. Glover. <br /> { The site is located on generally level terrain which slopes gently toward the Tom Paine Slough,'a <br /> L northwest trending extension of the delta located approximately 2.5 miles north of the site. <br /> Previous Work <br /> �. On October 15, 1986, two 500-gallon gasoline USTs were removed from the site. During <br /> removal of the USTs, petroleum product was noted present in the southern UST excavation <br /> (Figure 2). Soil samples were collected from 2.feet below the bottom of the USTs, and petroleum <br /> constituents and lead were detected in the soil samples.'
