ELEVENTH STREET <br /> TRACY, CALIFORNIA <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> 1`I Purpose <br /> This report presents the findings of an Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of Parcel No. 250- <br /> 140-11 located on W. Eleventh Street, Tracy, California (Figure 1). The objectives of this ESA <br /> were as follows: <br /> 1. To evaluate the conditions of the subject and adjacent properties with respect to activities <br /> or practices which are subject to environmental regulations. <br /> 2. To recommend additional investigation, if necessary, to establish the character and extent <br /> 'y= of any known or suspected environmental liability with the property. <br /> 1.22 Involved Parties <br /> This ESA was performed at the request of Doug Marstall of Piedmont Lumber, Truss Division <br /> (Piedmont), in anticipation of title transfer of the subject property. David Granger of CRS, <br /> Commercial Real Estate Services, is assisting the anticipated title transfer to Piedmont Lumber, <br /> Truss Division. The property is owned by Mila S. Padilla and is presently vacant. <br /> 2.0 SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION <br /> The scope of the investigation encompassed four broad areas of activities: <br /> I. Review of Federal, State, Regional and County databases regarding facilities with <br /> environmental concerns in the vicinity of the property. <br /> 2. Research of historical use of the property including review of available aerial photographs <br /> and Sanborn maps of the property. <br /> 3.
